Table View
Spreadsheet-style view of all posts with sortable columns, bulk actions, and inline caption editing.
The table view gives you a spreadsheet-like overview of all posts — sortable, filterable, and with bulk operations.
Accessing the table
Go to Table or press G T from the command palette.
Features
- Sortable columns — Click any column header to sort (date, platform, status, caption, account)
- Bulk actions — Select multiple posts with checkboxes, then bulk delete, publish, or reschedule
- Inline caption editing — Hover over any caption to reveal the edit icon. Click to edit inline without opening the composer. Press
⌘Enterto save,Escto cancel. - Post preview modal — Click any row to open the full post preview
- Pagination — Navigate through large post lists
- All filters — Platform, status, label, and client/group filters available
Bulk operations
- Check the boxes next to posts you want to act on (or use the "select all" checkbox)
- A bulk action bar appears at the top
- Choose: Publish Now, Delete, or Reschedule
- Confirm the action
Column layout
