How to Schedule Telegram Posts with posterly
Connecting Telegram
To connect Telegram, you need a bot token and a channel or group ID. Create a bot via @BotFather on Telegram — it takes about 30 seconds. Then add the bot as an admin to your channel or group. In posterly, go to Accounts and click Connect Telegram, paste your bot token and channel ID (e.g. @yourchannel or the numeric ID for private groups).
Creating posts
Compose your post in the Composer like any other platform. Telegram supports text-only posts, single images, single videos, GIFs, and media groups (up to 10 photos/videos in one message). Captions support HTML formatting — the API renders bold, italic, links, and code blocks.
