To request a refund

Open Account → Billing and click Request refund while you are still inside the 7-day window. That refunds the first payment through Stripe and cancels the plan immediately. The money usually returns to the original payment method in 5-10 business days.

If you do not qualify, Request refund stays on the page but is disabled, with a short explanation. If you believe you are still eligible, ask in Support.
