Later in 2026: Growth is $50/mo, or $37.50 Billed Yearly

Later carved out a niche as the visual-first Instagram planner. Its drag-and-drop calendar and media library made it popular with creators who wanted to plan their Instagram grid aesthetically. But Later's Instagram-first focus has become its biggest limitation, if you post to more than a couple of platforms, you quickly outgrow it.

Later's pricing page lists eight networks: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Snapchat. A social set is one profile on each. posterly uses the same composer for those networks and for Google Business Profile, which Later does not schedule.

Prices checked on later.com/pricing on 7 October 2026. Starter is $25 a month billed monthly, or $18.75 a month billed yearly (the page labels yearly as 25% off). That plan is one social set, one user, and 30 posts per profile a month. Growth is $50 a month billed monthly, or $37.50 a month billed yearly: two social sets, two users, and 180 posts per profile. Scale is $110 a month billed monthly, or $82.50 a month billed yearly: six social sets, four users, and unlimited posts*. The middle plan is Growth, not a Pro plan. The price card on this page uses the monthly rates, because posterly is shown as a monthly price. posterly Starter is $7 a month for 5 accounts and unlimited posts*.

Later does include AI captions, with a small credit allowance (5 credits a month on Starter, 50 on Growth, 100 on Scale). posterly's AI writes captions, learns a brand voice, and can create images and video. The optional API and MCP add-on is how Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other clients schedule through posterly.
