Member vs badged
The program has two tiers. Member is the entry level. Badged is the highest tier, and it is the one Grassroots Creative Agency, the company that builds posterly, holds. The badge is also separate from, and in addition to, Meta App Review. Every app must pass App Review to request permissions at all; the partner badge layers further business and usage requirements on top.
What Meta requires for the badge
According to Meta's program requirements, badged partners must maintain:
- A verified business identity in Meta Business Manager
- Meeting Meta’s qualifying spend and placement thresholds on the Marketing API
- Completing Meta’s annual data use checkup
- Self-certifying compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies
