posterly is built by a Meta Business Partner
posterly is built by Grassroots Creative Agency, a badged Meta Business Partner, and the posterly app lives inside that verified business on Meta. Granting a tool access to your Instagram and Facebook accounts is a significant decision. This page explains what the badge means, shows our status directly from Meta's Partner Center, and walks you through verifying our access yourself.
What is a badged Meta Business Partner?
The Meta Business Partners program recognizes companies that build on Meta's platforms and meet Meta's standards for scale, reliability, and data handling.
Member vs badged
The program has two tiers. Member is the entry level. Badged is the highest tier, and it is the one Grassroots Creative Agency, the company that builds posterly, holds. Only badged partners may display the official Meta Business Partner badge, and Meta re-evaluates eligibility on an ongoing basis rather than granting it permanently.
The badge is also separate from, and in addition to, Meta App Review. Every app must pass App Review to request permissions at all; the partner badge layers further business and usage requirements on top.
What Meta requires for the badge
According to Meta's program requirements, badged partners must maintain:
- A verified business identity in Meta Business Manager
- Meeting Meta’s qualifying spend and placement thresholds on the Marketing API
- Completing Meta’s annual data use checkup
- Self-certifying compliance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies
Our Partner Center status
These screenshots come straight from the Meta Partner Center dashboard for Grassroots Creative Agency, the business that operates posterly. The specifics are shown as Meta reports them.

What does Meta App Review mean?
Before any app can ask users for access to their Meta accounts, it has to pass App Review. posterly has passed Meta App Review.
Manual review by Meta
Meta’s reviewers test the app directly, checking that every permission it requests is actually used for a legitimate, user-facing purpose.
Minimal permissions
App Review only grants the specific permissions an app can justify. posterly requests the scopes needed to publish and manage content on your behalf, nothing beyond that.
Ongoing accountability
Approval is not a one-time event. Meta runs an annual Data Access Renewal where developers must re-justify every permission or lose it.

Verify it yourself
You do not have to take our word for any of this. Meta gives you full visibility and control over every app connected to your account.
Open your Business Integrations settings
Go to your Facebook settings and open the Business Integrations tab. This lists every app connected to your account.
Find posterly in the list
Select posterly to see exactly which permissions it holds and when access was granted. Nothing is hidden; Meta shows you the full list.
Review or revoke at any time
You can remove individual permissions or revoke posterly entirely. Revoking access stops posterly from publishing to your Meta accounts immediately.

Common questions
What data does posterly access on my Meta accounts?+
posterly accesses only what the permissions you grant during connection allow: publishing posts, reading basic account and page information, and, if you enable them, analytics and inbox features. You can see the exact permission list in your Facebook Business Integrations settings at any time.
Can I revoke posterly’s access?+
Yes, at any time. Open your Facebook Business Integrations settings, select posterly, and remove permissions or revoke access entirely. Revoking stops posterly from publishing to your Meta accounts immediately.
Is the Meta Business Partner badge the same as App Review?+
No. App Review is the approval every app needs before requesting permissions from users. The Meta Business Partners badge is a separate program with additional requirements, including business verification, Marketing API usage thresholds, and an annual data use checkup. posterly passed App Review, and Grassroots Creative Agency, the business behind posterly, holds the badged partner tier.
Why does the Partner Center show Grassroots Creative Agency rather than posterly?+
posterly is built and operated by Grassroots Creative Agency. Meta badges the business that operates an app, not the app itself, and the posterly app lives inside that verified Grassroots business on Meta.
How do I verify the badge myself?+
You can review posterly’s permissions in your own Facebook Business Integrations settings, and the Partner Center screenshots on this page show the badged status of Grassroots Creative Agency, the business behind posterly, directly from Meta’s dashboard.
