AI adaptation is not a replacement for final creative review. Check text, logos, faces, brand colours, crops, and safe zones before publishing. Very wide headers use the closest supported AI ratio and are then resized to the exact platform dimensions.

Which posterly plan includes Brand Visual Adapter?
Brand Visual Adapter is included with the Agency plan. It uses the Agency workspace's shared AI Images allowance and is not available on Starter, Pro, or Power User.
How does Brand Visual Adapter use AI credits?
One AI generation is made for each unique aspect ratio, then every pixel size sharing that ratio is resized from the same master. Paid Agency workspaces use their AI Images allowance first, with a 50-unit daily fair-use guardrail per workspace; the Agency trial includes 3 AI image-generation units. After the included allowance is reached, Flash costs 1-2 purchased or bonus credits per ratio and Pro costs 2-3, depending on resolution.
Do platform mockups use additional AI allowance or credits?
Yes. Optional platform mockups create one additional Flash image for each selected platform. They are included in the estimate shown before generation and use the plan allowance first, then purchased or bonus credits if the allowance has been reached.
Which platforms and sizes are included?
The built-in packs cover 22 outputs across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. They include feed, portrait, story, Reel, cover, banner, thumbnail, profile, and Pin formats.
Can I add custom dimensions?
Yes. Add up to 8 custom sizes in one run. Each side must be 64-4096px and each output can be up to 8 megapixels. A run can contain up to 30 outputs in total.
Will AI preserve every logo and line of text perfectly?
The adapter prompts the model to preserve logos, typography, colours, and composition, but AI output should still be reviewed before publishing. Safe-zone mode helps protect key elements, and if the model declines a ratio posterly returns a deterministic resized fallback instead of charging for a failed AI result.
