Reels
Upload a vertical video (9:16) to publish as a Reel. Set a custom cover image from the video or upload one.
Stories & Story Series
Create single stories or multi-part story series. Stories are published sequentially.
First Comment
Add hashtags or additional text as a first comment instead of cluttering the caption. Toggle this in the composer when Instagram is selected.
X (Twitter)
Threads
Create multi-tweet threads. Each tweet in the thread has its own text and optional media. The composer shows a threaded editor where you can add, remove, and reorder tweets.
Threads (Meta)
Thread Posts
Similar to X threads — create multi-post threads on the Threads platform. Each post in the thread is published sequentially.
Document Posts
Upload a single PDF to create a native LinkedIn document post. Each page of the PDF becomes a swipeable slide. Current limits in posterly: PDF only, one document per post, up to 50MB.
Multi-image Carousels
Upload multiple images in the Composer to publish a swipeable LinkedIn image carousel. This is separate from PDF document posts and works with regular image uploads.
