What is posterly?

posterly is an AI-powered social media scheduling and content creation platform. It supports 10 platforms — Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, and more.

Quick start

1. Connect your accounts — Head to Accounts and connect your social media platforms.
2. Create your first post — Open the Composer to write, attach media, and schedule.
3. Explore AI features — Use the AI Agent to generate captions, find posting times, and plan campaigns.

Key concepts

• Workspace — Your shared space. Invite team members, create client groups, and manage permissions.
• Client / Group — Organise accounts by client or brand. Each group can have its own timezone and approval flow.
• AI Credits — Used for AI caption generation, image generation, and video creation. Included with your plan.
• Publishing Queue — Posts are processed by a reliable background queue with automatic retries and duplicate prevention.
