Grid Planner
Plan your Instagram grid layout visually before posting.
The Grid Planner lets you preview how your upcoming Instagram posts will look on your profile grid.
Accessing the Grid Planner
Go to Grid from the sidebar.
How it works
The planner shows your Instagram profile grid with:
- Published posts — Your recent posts as they appear on your profile
- Scheduled posts — Upcoming posts shown in their future grid positions
- Empty slots — Spaces you haven't filled yet
Planning your grid
- View your current grid layout
- Drag and reorder upcoming posts to find the best visual arrangement
- Check colour harmony, content variety, and overall aesthetic
- Adjust scheduling order based on how the grid looks
Tips
- Alternate between close-up and wide shots
- Maintain a consistent colour palette
- Plan in rows of 3 for visual impact
- Use the grid to spot monotonous patterns before posting
