List View
View and manage all your posts in a chronological list with quick actions.
The list view shows all your posts in a vertical, chronological layout — ideal for scanning upcoming content quickly.
Accessing the list
Go to List or press G L from the command palette.
Features
- Chronological order — Posts sorted by scheduled date, newest first
- Quick actions — Post now, reschedule, duplicate, or delete from the action menu
- Platform filters — Filter by Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Status filters — Show only scheduled, published, failed, or draft posts
- Label filters — Filter by post labels
- Client/Group filter — Focus on a specific client's content
- Post preview modal — Click any post to see the full preview with media, caption, and activity timeline
Post cards
Each post in the list shows:
- Platform icon and account name
- Scheduled date and time
- Caption preview (truncated)
- Media thumbnail
- Status badge (Scheduled, Published, Failed, Draft)
- Labels
