Managing Accounts
View, organise, and manage all your connected social media accounts.
The Accounts page is where you manage all your connected social media platforms.
Layout
The page has two sections:
- Connected accounts (left) — A list of all your connected accounts with status, client/group assignment, and actions
- Add connection (right) — Platform tiles to connect new accounts
Account status
Each connected account shows a health status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active (green) | Token is valid, publishing will work |
| Expiring (yellow) | Token expires soon — will auto-refresh for most platforms |
| Issue (red) | Token expired or connection problem — reconnect needed |
Client/Group assignment
Assign each account to a client or group using the dropdown next to the account. This organises accounts for workspace management and per-client scheduling.
Reconnecting
If an account shows an issue, click the Reconnect button. You'll be redirected to the platform to re-authorize.
Account limits
Your plan determines how many accounts you can connect. The counter at the top shows your usage. Upgrade your plan for more accounts.
