Bulk Upload
Upload a CSV or spreadsheet to schedule multiple posts at once.
Bulk upload lets you schedule dozens or hundreds of posts at once from a CSV file.
How it works
- Go to Bulk Upload
- Upload a CSV file with your posts
- Review and map columns (caption, date, platform, media URL)
- Preview all posts before scheduling
- Confirm and schedule everything at once
CSV format
Your CSV should include these columns:

| caption | Yes | The post caption/text |
| scheduled_at | Yes | Date and time (ISO 8601 or common formats) |
| account | Yes | Account username or ID to post to |
| media_url | No | URL to an image or video |
| post_type | No | Type: text, image, video, carousel, reel |
Tips
- Use ISO 8601 dates for best results:
2026-03-20T09:00:00 - Media URLs must be publicly accessible for download
- The system validates each post against platform requirements before scheduling
- You can download a template CSV from the bulk upload page
