The Google Business page lets you view all your Google Business reviews in one inbox and respond without leaving posterly.
Viewing reviews
All reviews across your connected Google Business locations appear in a unified inbox, sorted by date. Each review shows:
- Business name and location
- Reviewer name
- Star rating (1-5)
- Review text
- Date posted
- Your response (if any)
Responding to reviews
Click on any review to expand it. You can:
- Write a manual response — Type your reply directly
- Use AI to draft a response — Click "Suggest Reply" and the AI drafts an on-brand response based on your brand voice
- Edit and send — Review the AI suggestion, make any changes, and submit
Tips for responses
- Respond to all reviews — both positive and negative
- Thank positive reviewers by name
- For negative reviews, acknowledge the concern and offer to resolve it
- Keep responses professional and on-brand
