Labels

Labels help you categorise and filter posts across all views — calendar, list, table, and card.

Creating labels

1. Open any post in the composer or post modal
2. Click the Labels field
3. Type a label name and press Enter to create it
4. Labels are workspace-wide — once created, they're available for all posts

Using labels

• In the composer — Assign one or more labels when creating or editing a post
• In the calendar — Filter by label to show only matching posts
• In list/table views — Labels appear as coloured badges on each post
• In post modal — View and manage labels for any post

Common label strategies

• Content pillars: "Educational", "Promotional", "Behind the scenes", "User-generated"
• Campaigns: "Summer 2026", "Product Launch", "Holiday"
• Status: "Needs review", "Client approved", "Ready to post"
• Platform focus: "LinkedIn-first", "Video content", "Stories"

Filtering by label

All views support label filtering. Click the Labels filter dropdown and select one or more labels to narrow your view.
