User Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Posterly account and associated data. This removes:

• All scheduled and published posts
• All labels and post-label mappings
• All connected social accounts and access tokens
• Publish logs
• Subscription records
• Your profile
• Uploaded media files stored in our bucket that are referenced by your posts

How to request deletion

• Facebook/Instagram: remove the Posterly app from your Facebook settings. Meta will send us a signed deletion callback which we verify and process.
• Or email support@poster.ly with subject “Data Deletion Request” from the email associated with your Posterly account.

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) data deletion

If you remove the Posterly app from your Facebook settings, Meta sends us a signed deletion callback. We verify the signature and process deletion automatically when we can identify your account. We return a confirmation code which you can reference with support.
